We break the cycle of fatherlessness by restoring identity through mentorship, community, and outdoor experiences.
At Field & Faith, we walk with the fatherless helping them heal from the inside out, discover their God-given purpose, and become the leaders they were created to be.
Field & Faith is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to bringing lasting change to individuals, families, and our communities.
Why we do it
Every day, more young people grow up without a father and the effects run deep. Identity is shaken. Confidence is cracked. Purpose feels impossible.
At Field & Faith, we believe fatherlessness is one of the most overlooked roots of brokenness in our culture. That’s why we exist: to help the fatherless encounter God, break generational cycles, and become who they were created to be.
Guided by Proverbs 22:6, we pour into them early knowing that the way we train, love, and speak into their lives today shapes their families tomorrow. In the outdoors, they find space to breathe. In community, they find belonging. In discipleship, they find truth.
We’re not just helping them grow , we’re helping them rebuild what was missing and walk boldly into who they’re becoming.
Who we are
We are a team shaped by the very thing we now fight against fatherlessness.
Some of us never knew our dads. Others lost them too soon. Some grew up with fathers who were physically present but emotionally absent. But no matter the story, we’ve all felt the weight of growing up without the guidance we needed.
Our team is made up of mentors, teachers, counselors, pastors, outdoor leaders, and everyday people who believe in showing up. We believe in the power of nature, the truth of God’s Word, and the kind of community that rebuilds what was missing.
We don’t just run a program. We live what we teach.
